Corporate Office – Co-Working Space Dallas , Texas

Project Summary

This project entailed the renovation and finish out of 27,000 s.f. of floor space in a corporate office building. The renovation included a full redesign of the floor as well as the design of all modular and ancillary lounges and collaborative furnishings.

The concept behind this floor was to create a co-working floor with a warm lobby space, respite areas, semi-private focus rooms, Zen room, reading nook, conference & huddle rooms, work café, and private workstations. This floor was designed to accommodate the post COVID era. The workstations and collaborative areas allow for a safe, socially distanced environment while maintaining all the necessary technology and function needed for a comfortable and successful workplace.

The workstations are open but loaded with technology and ergonomic function. Other areas include Conference Rooms, Huddle Rooms, and open collaboration areas. The open teaming areas include mobility, texture, rich colors, and various options of how to collaborate and work.
