BSA Design Group Principals

Ms. Wittliff has been working in commercial design since January of 2000 with a primary focus in the telecommunications and corporate industries. Vanessa started at BSA as a Junior Designer and worked her way up to Senior Interior Designer. From 2003 to 2005, she worked as a designer for the Dallas Market Center where she designed and managed the construction of over 50 showrooms for the Fashion Center Dallas project. In 2005 she returned to BSA as a Senior Interior Designer. Shortly after, she became part owner of the company, then later in 2014 Vanessa became President of BSA transforming the company to be woman-owned.
Her experience ranges from large scale administrative projects between 20,000 to 100,000 square feet, to small operations centers housing 20 employees. Each job involved programming with the client, schematic designs, construction documents, furnishings design and procurement, art procurement and construction administration. While her focus is now business management, business development and team coordination, she has over 15 years of project design and project management experience as well.

Mr. Brand’s career began in 1980 where he filled the role of an owner’s representative in charge of managing projects from programming to project closeouts. In 1989, he left his corporate job to establish BSA as a consulting architectural firm. Since 1989, his experience has included the design of interiors and modular furnishings, artwork procurement and installation, design of new telecommunications equipment facilities and additions to telecommunications equipment facilities, new administrative office facilities and infrastructure related projects.
He also has extensive experience in the field of building envelope consulting for commercial projects to include the design of over 300 roof replacement projects, peer design reviews for general contractors, building envelope commissioning, leak investigations and building envelope condition assessments. Tom is also a Registered Roof Consultant, as conferred by the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants No. 10990 and as an Interior Designer, #3287.

Mr. Boyd is an architect and has been licensed to practice in Texas since 1989. Brian is a senior project architect at BSA Design Group and has been with the firm since 1993. His experience ranges from pre-development services providing zoning and building code research, zoning approval submissions and attendance at pre-development meetings to other responsibilities involving site planning, working through project design and review phases to prepare, coordinate and issue contract document drawings and specifications and providing construction administration services including submittal and shop drawing reviews and responses to contractors requests for additional information and clarifications.

Mr. Wright has been practicing architecture since 1985. Tres is a senior project architect at BSA Design Group and has been with the firm since 2001. His focus has been on commercial projects varying from 2200 square feet to over a million square feet and includes shopping centers, department stores, banks, hospitals, technical facilities, telecommunications equipment facilities, interior renovations and others.
Graduate of Texas A&M University and is a registered architect and interior designer as well as LEED Accredited Professional.
William (Bill) Humphrey

Mr. Humphrey is a licensed architect with over 39 years of experience in the field of architecture. Bill is a senior project architect at BSA Design Group, Inc. and has been with the firm since 2007. He presently works on a variety of projects for the telecommunication industry. In the past, he has been involved in various projects in over 30 different states. The projects consist of custom residential, restaurants, multi-story office buildings, strip centers, factory/office facilities, funeral homes and mausoleums. He is responsible for all aspects of the projects from design to turning the building over to the client. Bill’s philosophy towards the industry is that it takes everyone involved to make a successful project.

Paul Alton Terrell

Mr. Terrell is a licensed architect with over 40 years in the field of architecture. Paul is a senior project architect at BSA Design Group and has been with the firm since 2013. Mr. Terrell began his career in 1977 with an architectural firm in Austin, Texas and continued with firms in Dallas. In 1981 Mr. Terrell established is own practice with clients including healthcare systems and clinics, telecommunications companies, municipal fire stations, commercial office buildings and multi-family / single-family residential projects. In 2013, Mr. Terrell joined BSA Design Group to join professional colleagues that he had known for over 30 years. For the past 3-1/2 years Mr. Terrell has served as a Program Manager for one of the largest corporate headquarters campus redevelopment projects in the United States.

Mr. Oliver is an intern architect with over 10 years of experience in the commercial industry. Nick is a senior project manager at BSA Design Group and has been with the firm since 2009. During this time at BSA, he received his Masters of Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2017 and is currently on the path to licensure. He has gained experience in a wide range of fields such as building envelope waterproofing design, commercial interior renovations, telecommunications infrastructure design and project management.

Mrs. Eagar is a licensed interior designer with over 10 years in the industry. Tami is a senior interior designer at BSA Design Group and has been with the firm since 2012. For over 10 years Tami has designed interiors for a range of projects including hospitals, assisted living facilities, rehab center, churches and commercial offices. Concentrating on the commercial sector for the past 7 years has given her the opportunity to find her unique sense of style while effectively leading a team of vendors and partners. She develops the schematic design, produces construction documents and meticulously sources all interior finish out items, furniture products and materials while balancing time line, budget and sustainability.

Mrs. Neustupa is BSA’s Office Manager and has 20 years of administrative experience in the architectural and engineering industry. Jill joined BSA Design Group in 2010 and specializes in billing and collections. One of her greatest accomplishments is the time she served in the United States Airforce as a Command and Control Specialist. She strives to continue utilizing the skills and training learned while in the Air Force and is appreciative for the travel and experiences received during that time.

Mrs. Cerretta is a licensed interior designer with 8 years of experience. Stephanie is senior interior designer with BSA Design Group and has been with the firm since 2013. During her tenure at BSA, Stephanie has worked primarily on commercial interiors and manages her projects from programming through client move in. She works diligently as the lead of her projects to keep everyone on track, on schedule and on budget. She navigates project management, project design and team coordination seamlessly. Stephanie has worked on corporate interior renovation projects ranging in size from 5,000 sf to 30,000 sf.

Mr. Cornstubble is a registered roof observer with over 25 years of experience. Buddy is a senior field observer and has been with BSA since 1993. He has experience as a quality assurance roofing and waterproofing observer and his duties include evaluations, core sampling, quality assurance inspections, and the preparation of field reports on commercial roofing projects. Responsibilities include attendance at the pre-construction conference, assurance of contractor compliance with contract documents, and preparation of field reports related to these observation duties.
