The Network Operations Center (NOC) provides centralized monitoring of a telecommunications network throughout Texas. This project was a three story, ground up construction totaling 164,000 square feet. Work included architectural building design, space planning, site development, interior design and furnishings. The facility was designed and constructed utilizing a fast track method with the total delivery process taking 21 months.
