Project Summary

Premise Health partnered with one of our clients to bring direct healthcare to their main campus. The project entailed the renovation and finish out of 4,500 square feet of space in and existing corporate office building. Centrally located on their main campus, Premise is a full service medical clinic providing quick and convenient care to the employees. BSA, in conjunction with Premise and the client, were looking to create a fresh, inviting and functional space for the employees needing healthcare services.

Our design team faced many challenges during design and construction, such as a 20’+ deck height, being locked into the allocated space by existing corridors, a mechanical room and a receiving dock as well as specific design requests necessary for the medical team. Privacy is key in any medical environment, so detailed coordination took place with a tall deck as well as HVAC design and other existing infrastructure supporting the surrounding spaces.
