Vanessa Wittliff

Ms. Wittliff has been working in commercial design since January of 2000 with a primary focus in the telecommunications and corporate industries. Vanessa started at BSA as a Junior Designer and worked her way up to Senior Interior Designer. From 2003 to 2005, she worked as a designer for the Dallas Market Center where she designed and managed the construction of over 50 showrooms for the Fashion Center Dallas project. In 2005 she returned to BSA as a Senior Interior Designer. Shortly after, she became part owner of the company, then later in 2014 Vanessa became President of BSA transforming the company to be woman-owned.
Her experience ranges from large scale administrative projects between 20,000 to 100,000 square feet, to small operations centers housing 20 employees. Each job involved programming with the client, schematic designs, construction documents, furnishings design and procurement, art procurement and construction administration. While her focus is now business management, business development and team coordination, she has over 15 years of project design and project management experience as well.

Thomas Brand

Mr. Brand’s career began in 1980 where he filled the role of an owner’s representative in charge of managing projects from programming to project closeouts. In 1989, he left his corporate job to establish BSA as a consulting architectural firm. Since 1989, his experience has included the design of interiors and modular furnishings, artwork procurement and installation, design of new telecommunications equipment facilities and additions to telecommunications equipment facilities, new administrative office facilities and infrastructure related projects.
He also has extensive experience in the field of building envelope consulting for commercial projects to include the design of over 300 roof replacement projects, peer design reviews for general contractors, building envelope commissioning, leak investigations and building envelope condition assessments. Tom is also a Registered Roof Consultant, as conferred by the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants No. 10990 and as an Interior Designer, #3287.

Tres Wright
Building quality into every project.
Mr. Wright has been practicing architecture since 1985. Tres is a senior project architect at BSA Design Group and has been with the firm since 2001. His focus has been on commercial projects varying from 2200 square feet to over a million square feet and includes shopping centers, department stores, banks, hospitals, technical facilities, telecommunications equipment facilities, interior renovations and others.
Graduate of Texas A&M University and is a registered architect and interior designer as well as LEED Accredited Professional.
William (Bill) Humphrey

Mr. Humphrey is a licensed architect with over 39 years of experience in the field of architecture. Bill is a senior project architect at BSA Design Group, Inc. and has been with the firm since 2007. He presently works on a variety of projects for the telecommunication industry. In the past, he has been involved in various projects in over 30 different states. The projects consist of custom residential, restaurants, multi-story office buildings, strip centers, factory/office facilities, funeral homes and mausoleums. He is responsible for all aspects of the projects from design to turning the building over to the client. Bill’s philosophy towards the industry is that it takes everyone involved to make a successful project.

Tami Eager

Mrs. Eagar is a licensed interior designer with over 10 years in the industry. Tami is a senior interior designer at BSA Design Group and has been with the firm since 2012. For over 10 years Tami has designed interiors for a range of projects including hospitals, assisted living facilities, rehab center, churches and commercial offices. Concentrating on the commercial sector for the past 7 years has given her the opportunity to find her unique sense of style while effectively leading a team of vendors and partners. She develops the schematic design, produces construction documents and meticulously sources all interior finish out items, furniture products and materials while balancing time line, budget and sustainability.
